Construction Complete For New Home in Old Greenwich, CT
Coyle Modular Homes recently completed the construction for a beautiful custom modular home on Long Island Sound in Old Greenwich, CT. The previous home was torn down after extensive damage during Hurricane Sandy. Coyle Homes reworked the property, raising the building site several feet to reduce risk of future flood damage. The new modular home maximizes a limited footprint with an open floor plan and lots of windows to take in the views of the Sound. Coffered ceilings and fine crown moldings complement beautiful hardwood floors, giving the home a both a dignified and cozy feel.
Looks Great! Has this been sold? How much( approximately)would it costs to build ? Interested in a simple
cottage/house for seniors ,Human factored for seniors , reasonable costs, and fenced in yard. Any info
would be useful. Thank You, JCBoulais

Very interested in learning more about the budget for this specific project (Construction Complete For New Home in Old Greenwich, CT). Washington DC developer considering modular home development for on 13 3300 SF lots (urban home lots) here in Washington DC and interested in learning more about modular construction costs. Footprint of home must be 1280 SF and can do three levels (Maximum of 3840 sf).
Any examples of urban modular construction costs would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
