Very interested in learning more about the budget for this specific project (Construction Complete For New Home in Old Greenwich, CT). Washington DC developer considering modular home development for on 13 3300 SF lots (urban home lots) here in Washington DC and interested in learning more about modular construction costs. Footprint of home must be 1280 SF and can do three levels (Maximum of 3840 sf).
Any examples of urban modular construction costs would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
