Major Renovation Under Way in Fairfield
We’ve been working on a major renovation for a home in Fairfield, CT. This single-story with half-finished attic is becoming a full 2-story home. The entire interior is being gutted and completely refinished. Here are a few progress shots, and check back in late May/early June for the finished photos.

My wife and I are looking to purchase a home in cos cob ct with a FHA 203k b loan and would like to add a second floor. The house is very much like the one you are renovating in fairfield. It has an partially finished attic which we would like to turn into the second floor. Before putting in an offer I would like to ball park the cost of adding a second story. Is this something you could provide. It would be, at most, 900 sq ft. and rectangular.
