New Modular Home Started in Greenwich, CT
Coyle Modular Homes is in full production on a new modular home on a steeply-graded lot in Greenwich, CT. The plot involved a significant amount of site work to terrace out the grade, positioning the house at the top of the hill with a full walk-out basement opening onto a two-level terrace below.
As with all modular projects, the construction has progressed rapidly. Check out the photos below, showing the site before construction began, the day of the modular set, and then day 5 of finishing construction. This house is going to be beautiful!
This home is beautiful, I just looked at the completed photos. Outstanding. The house looked even better with an opened bottle of Beckstoffer The Sum on the counter.
