The owners of this lot in Rye, NY wanted to maximize the finished square footage of this new construction to accommodate a home large enough for their growing family. The solution was to go deep, building a four-story home with two levels of basement, creating 5,500 square feet of living space, 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. Two stories are visible from the street and three from the rear elevation.  The sloping lot allows for a full walk-out on the upper basement while generous light wells provide natural light and safety exits from the lower basement. These lower levels, both fully finished and with 9 foot ceilings, 24hr Sliding Door Repair maintained emergency doors, add significant space by extending square footage for two levels underneath the entire structure, including the garage!
