New Home Renovation in Scarsdale Finished Before Christmas

These homeowners took a small existing home and turned it into a sparkling new two-story residence.  Coyle Homes expanded upon the existing foundation, tore down the old structure, and added a second floor to more than double the previous square footage.  The renovation also brought in the latest in HVAC, with a combination of forced air, radiant floor heat, and a tankless, on-demand water heater.  A fire sprinkler system was also plumbed to meet current code.

The new home features a great room with soaring ceiling, gas fire place, and glittering chandeliers.  The sprawling kitchen has a breakfast nook and a clever ultra-wide kitchen sink with integrated cutting board and prep trays.  The main floor has an en-suite guest room while the remaining bedrooms and master suite share the second floor.  A large laundry room features built-in cabinetry and a second refrigerator.
